An expert in UX/UI design, product strategy, and marketing, his previous products have been featured in the press and have received Cellerant Best in Class Technology Awards.
Jon Ingram
Development Lead
Jon is a full-stack software development leader and engineer with over 13 years of experience at both startups and largescale companies including Cisco, Demand Force, Intuit, and Classy.org. Jon excels at designing applications from the ground up, combining technology and business needs to produce world-class software that is easy to use.

With over 400+ technology projects completed, Roman is a C-level, experienced technology professional, with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry in US and Europe, building projects from ground up, delivering them to clients, or launching them on the global market.

George has over 10 years UI/UX Design creation experience at startups across the United States and Europe. With a deep expertise in user experience design and a solid understanding of vertical markets, business processes and various enterprise BI, EPM, CPM, and CRM applications, George is leading the design for Bearn’s website and app.
Luanne Vreugdenhil
Director Of Operations
As an analytical leader with a knack for directing company operations in a growth-minded direction, Luanne has been helping teams reach their potential for over 15 years. With Bearn, she is working closely with design and development and is responsible for productizing new technology beginning with concept, all the way to production and launch.
Denys Moroz
QA & Testing
Denys was born in Kyiv, Ukraine where he studied the Security of information and Communication Systems. He found his passion for Software Quality Assurance back in 2015 and kept building his proficiency since then. With a deep understanding of SQA principles, he ensures that the product will meet and exceed user expectations by applying best-in-class testing strategies.
Bogdan Gavrilovic
Software Engineer
Bogdan is a full stack developer and Software Architect with 14 years of professional experience. He has worked with both startups and big enterprises, different technology stacks as well as different cloud providers. Outside of Bearn, he likes blockchain, MMA and spending time with his family outdoors.

Gary Serota is President of Affinity Marketing Services, a customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty company. He founded a national consumer membership that enrolled 1 million members, developed unique benefits for clients including AARP, and ran a foundation providing management guidance to Members of Congress. At Bearn he is leading strategic development on a global level.
Barry McPherson
Business Development
Barry is a seasoned entrepreneur and is the founder of Telos Consulting which provides various levels of insurance industry knowledge to agency managers, insurance providers and carriers. He is an expert in organizational management, and empowering and inspiring his teams to great success. Over his 20 years with a Fortune 500 insurance carrier, he set the all-time growth records for the company and was responsible for a $240M market in California. He is helping Bearn with strategic planning and business growth.

Sean is a Professor, program director and product developer with expertise in employee performance and engagement as it relates to physical and recreational activities. He specializes in the areas of wellness, engagement, and culture. At Bearn, Sean is guiding the creation of the health credit score, behavioral and incentive programs and health surveys.
Christopher Whisenant

Christopher holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and has over seven years experience teaching in higher education. At Bearn he is creating and building the algorithms used to determine the health credit score, and monetary payouts to users, etc.

Gary Fogel is CEO of Natural Selection, Inc. and an accomplished data scientist who career has focused on applying computational intelligence and machine learning to medicine, industry, and defense. An IEEE fellow in machine learning and computational intelligence, Gary will guide the development of IP and the creation of the world’s first credit score for your health.

Mobile App & Gamification Strategy
A mobile game development veteran with over twenty years experience building interactive technologies and shipping innovative products, Christopher is currently Vice President of Engineering at Jam City. Prior to that, he was Director of Emerging Technologies at Glu Mobile. Christopher has a keen eye on creative solutions, efficiency, and business strategy. He is advising on the development of the Bearn mobile app and our gamification strategy.

Scott is a seasoned technology strategist. After designing and building multiple successful software products he co-founded, built, and sold a technology firm in his native Canada. He has since lead the integration of further acquisitions and alliance partners in NA and Europe. He has received multiple awards for software design and entrepreneurship and is applying his unique talents at Bearn to advise on commercialization strategy.
